Chef Larkin is recreating a menu from 1820 that will feature classic, delicious recipes from early American cookbooks, such as Amelia Simmon’s American Cookery, Mary Randolph’s The Virginia Housewife, and Sarah Josepha Hale’s The Good Housekeeper.
