NG Energy instructor Nancy Gardner will teach a range of martial-arts-based
exercises that help improve strength, aerobic conditioning, body alignment,
balance and more. Self-defense moves and Qigong breathing also will be taught.
The classes are geared to adults as well as young people mature enough to take
direction. Participants may bring a hiking stick, pair of light weights, towel and/or
