Kent State University Library 800 800 E Summit, Kent, Ohio 44240
(Non)fiction: Literary Legends Unbound focuses on the lives of prominent 20th-century authors Robert Frost, Ernest Hemingway and Ayn Rand, as described in Tobias Wolff’s novel Old School (in cooperation with the National Endowment for the Arts [NEA] Big Read project). Through popular culture and over time, these writers, their legacies and their work continue to shape our culture, philosophy and lives. The exhibit explores their personalities and lives as well as common conceptions (and misconceptions) about them, as authors and as human beings. It was designed by museum studies graduate students in the Kent State University School of Library and Information Science. It is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
