Cleveland International FIlm Festival tickets on sale now

The 37th Cleveland International Film Festival, which runs from April 3 through April 14, is nearly upon us.

The now 12-day film festival gathered over 85,000 attendees in 2012. The 37th CIFF  will showcase 178 feature films, 164 short subject films, from 65 countries.

Akronlife is proud to be a media sponsor for the Cleveland International Film Festival's first Day and Knight in Akron.

The Knight Foundation enabled the launch of Cleveland International Film Festival's  first-ever screenings outside of Cuyahoga County in 2011 and 2012 when the Knight Night in Akron was presented at the Plaza Cinemas at Chapel Hill. The exuberant response has emboldened the CIFF to seek a larger presence in Downtown Akron.

This year, the Cleveland Film Society has collaborated with the Akron Art Museum, Akron-Summit County Public Library, Akron Film+Pixel and Akronlife on a Day and Knight in Akron for the 37th CIFF. The film-filled day will take place in the Akron Art Museum Charles and Jane Lehner Auditorium and at the Akron-Summit County Public Library Main Auditorium.
