Crafted Artisan Meadery partners with Cavalier Distributing

­ Crafted Artisan Meadery, a craft manufacturer of the world’s oldest fermented beverage known as mead, announced the signing of a distribution partnership with the highly respected craft beer distributor Cavalier Distributing and its partners in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Florida.

“Partnering with a trusted distributor such as Cavalier that has a firm understanding of the craft beverage market makes all the difference” said Crafted owner Kent Waldeck. “Quality in, quality out” said Waldeck. “We pride ourselves on our approach to making mead and Cavalier reflects a similar hands-on, local approach to their business.”

Crafted Artisan Meadery who focuses specifically on producing innovative styles of mead, also known as “honey wine”, has undergone dramatic growth since their opening in June, 2012. Now, with their products available in multiple states, and more states planned, they are continuing to develop new product offerings. “The quality of our ingredients and end products are critical to us. As we experience this upward trajectory of growth we will be keeping a keen eye on ensuring that we hold true to our own standards.” said Waldeck.

Crafted Artisan Meadery opened in June of 2012. Distributed in multiple states, and through their tasting room in rural Northeast Ohio, Crafted focuses on educating its customers on the history and future of Mead as well as the importance of honey bees and local ingredients.
