CIFF Countdown
There's a plodding 3 days left between us and the beginning of another year of great cinema blasting through Cleveland. The beginning of the Cleveland International Film Festival NEVER comes soon enough!
However, while we're waiting for the genesis, let's make sure of a few things. You've got your films selected, right? And you have them sorted by day and time to make sure you don't overlap, correct?

I know that I'll be paying close attention to the Central and Eastern European Film Competition and the Pacific Pearls sidebars. In addition I've got my eye on a few of the Independent Shorts programs; namely: #2, #6 and #7. Though there are definitely individual shorts I want to see that are scattered among the other programs, these feel like they'll be solid all the way through. There's also the Late Night Shorts too, which are always a blast and a great way to round out an already great day of film-watching.
