Don Drumm's 80th Birthday

Don Drumm celebrated his 80th birthday on Saturday, April 11 with a party at the Don Drumm Studios and Gallery. The artist whose creations are a staple of the Akron area, was born in Warren, Ohio in 1935. His Akron art studio opened in 1960 and has been featuring his beautiful, whimsical art ever since.

In honor of his birthday, all art made by Don Drumm, was 20 percent off. Attendees scooped up their favorite pieces and also took a chance to chat with the man behind it all. Cake, a must for any birthday celebration, was served in the afternoon.
