The process of making sap into syrup and sugar is still alive today at Hale Farm & Village during our annual Maple Sugar Festival and Pancake Breakfast March 15, 16, 22 & 23 10:00am-4:00pm.
Travel into the Sugar Bush where three generations of the Hale Family sugared to experience the Sugar Camps of these early pioneers of Ohio. Demonstrations will include, tree taping, sap to syrup production techniques, tree and oxen talks. During your visit discover early American crafts and trades and explore the historic structures that make up our 90 acre farm.
