Akron General Women's Board Gala

Hosted by the Akron General Women’s Board, and supported by the Akron General Foundation, this year’s gala will combine the elegance of a Casablanca setting with exciting entertainment by the band Special Request. Guests will enjoy a VIP cocktail hour, sumptuous dinner and unique auction items. This year’s celebrity master of ceremonies is Bill Wills, co-host of Wills & Synder in the Morning on WTAM 1100AM. The chair of this year’s gala is Carol Anne Teodosio Peter.

All proceeds from the 2015 gala benefit the Akron General Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service Justin T. Rogers Care Center, the area's first freestanding hospice facility.
