ArtforKids The Wonders of the Season! with Jo Oklessen at PAA

Discover and celebrate the signs and beauty of Autumn through songs, instruments, creative movement, and stories. Learn a Native American song for Mother Earth, an apple picking song for the fall, a counting song for National Hispanic Month, and a sailing song for Columbus Day! $10.00 non-members, $8.00 PAA members, Ages: 4-7, Minimum of 8 students to hold this class. Max: 14. Mary Jo Oklessen has taught music for 35 years. She has a BME, a Master's in Outdoor Ed. and Level III Certification in Orff-Schulwerk. She has presented workshops at the Highland Library, Wolf Creek Environmental Center, River Run Earth Studies Camp in CVNR, to name a few. She also performs in 3 bands and composes many songs. She enables kids to grow creatively and teaches with a holistic approach. Register on-line here
