Back-to-School Book Sale

This month, Library Shop on Main is THE place for home schooling and instructional children’s books at exceptionally low prices. Also, get a sneak preview of the Shop’s re-giftable, like-new books collected in this year’s “Book-It” book donation drive. Half-price sale on selected books, September 2-4. The Shop offers thousands of gently used books, DVDs and CDs, plus unique gifts, greeting cards and Akron postcards. Purchases help support your Public Library in downtown Akron. Volunteer opportunities are available. Hours: Mon-Thurs 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Fri-Sat 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Sundays 1-4 p.m. Closed September 1 for holiday.
