Farm to Table Garlic Dinner

JJ and Kevin Altomare with Hudson’s Restaurant are teaming up with Chris and Fred Thaxton of Thaxton’s Organic Garlic Farm to create an unforgettable farm to table garlic dinner showcasing local produce and products from the Hudson Farmers Market vendors. The dinner will begin at 5pm with cocktail hour out in the field, afterwards a tour of the garlic farm and neighboring alpaca farm followed by a five course dinner paired with wine.
