BrittFit is a company offering specialty Family Fitness classes! I'll be teaching 1 FREE class in a different park around Northeast Ohio for 9 Saturdays this summer. Stop #3 of my FREE Summer Fitness Tour is at Boettler Park in Green/North Canton.
We'll be doing a brand new BrittFit class called Partner Lengthen & Lean. You'll want to bring a partner with you such as either a spouse, friend, family member or older child, and you'll learn partnering poses to help you relax and lengthen your muscles. This is sure to be a great bonding experience!
Enter through the entrance off of Massillon Rd., and meet in the open grassy area beside the giant playground. Arrive about 15 minutes early and plan to stay afterwards to enjoy the park with your whole family!
