The Health & Fitness Summit Expo, sponsored by University Hospitals Fairlawn Health Center, is an informative and interactive event promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for all ages. The first 250 attendees will receive a complimentary Welcome Bag! Speak to experts from local hospitals, health centers, cross fit, martial arts, chiropractors, weight loss, beauty products, wellness and more to learn about all aspects of health and fitness.

Watch the martial arts demo team feature skills including board breaking, self-defense, and choreographed forms.
